| It is with great sadness that I announce the passing of Chuck Dreyer on December 26, 2010. Chuck lost a four-year battle with colon cancer with his family by his side. Chuck and I were business partners in Dreyer Real Estate Auctions and before his death, Chuck asked me personally to get the following information out. He had already booked many charity auction event dates for 2011 and had only a handful of professional auctioneers he considered responsible, trustworthy and entertaining in their craft. For your upcoming event, Chuck wanted you to consider one such individual, his colleague and friend, auctioneer Kevin O'Callaghan. Chuck had worked with Kevin for over 20 years and often recommended him when Chuck's schedule became too busy. Chuck was confident that Kevin could bring the required energy, productivity and fun to your auction or he would not have recommended him. Chuck met Kevin in the early 90's as they both were involved in the real estate auction industry. They traveled nationwide conducting successful auctions during one of the nation's worst real estate markets. Over the years, Chuck and Kevin expanded their careers in auctioneering to include benefit and charitable events. Chuck always commented on how he enjoyed the energy and passion that Kevin O'Callaghan displayed as one of the more entertaining and engaging auctioneers in the industry.
