As a formally trained and experienced Auctioneer who has conducted thousands of auctions, selling tens of thousands of items, including over 1500 auctions for nonprofit organizations alone, I thoroughly understand the selling psychology, technique and attitude required to make your special event successful.  No other Auctioneer in Southern California has this level of experience.

Master of Ceremonies

Having served as the Master of Ceremonies on many events both large and small, I have learned the following.  The Master of Ceremonies must know and understand the sponsoring organization, the goals for the event, the people attending, and tie everything together in a fun, on schedule program.  The most important thing is that everyone attending goes home happy, looking forward to next year and telling all their friends what a great time they had.  I work with your planning committee and special event personnel to insure that success.

I have spoken at thousands of sales meetings, training sessions, seminars, conventions, college and university programs on a variety of sales and marketing topics.

"People Love to Give" will generate a new excitement in your group and give your staff and volunteers an understanding of the psychology of giving, greatly improving their motivation, people skills and contributing directly to your organizations campaign efforts.

The presentation can be tailored to address specific issues, and is offered to qualified organizations on a time available basis.

Sales Training of Staff and Volunteers

Very few nonprofit employees or volunteers have ever had any type of formal sales training, and yet a consistent part of their job is to sell the organization services to the community and to raise the funds necessary to support the ongoing activities.  I offer specialized training and instruction in selling the Concept, Service, Community Involvement and Social Commitment of your organization.
